Our flagship EcoVolt Reactor is the world’s first bioelectrically-enhanced wastewater treatment solution, converting wastewater to renewable energy. Leveraging electrically-active microbes, the EcoVolt Reactor efficiently treats wastewater while extracting clean energy and clean water, allowing partners to cut wastewater management costs and achieve sustainability goals.

Our proprietary internal architecture performs high-rate, bulk BOD removal (~80% removal) while producing high-quality biogas (~80% methane fraction). Through combined heat and power cogeneration, a typical installation will generate net 30-200 kW of power.

The Cambrian BioViper is an innovative integrated fixed film activated sludge bioreactor. By combining aerobic and anoxic zones in a single treatment vessel, the BioViper is able to dramatically reduce sludge production while treating effluent to a very high quality. Wastewater is treated as it cascades downward through the closed BioViper vessel.

The reactor contains non-consumable media, on which microbes accumulate to create a biofilm. Wastewater enters the bioreactor and moves downwards through an aerobic trickling zone, an anoxic facultative zone, and an aerobic/anaerobic submerged zone. This three-step digestion process enhances BOD digestion for superior effluent quality.

The BlueCycle MBR (membrane bioreactor) is an aerobic digester that combines state-of-the-art aeration, robust membrane filtration, and a dynamically integrated controls architecture to remove>99% of contaminants from wastewater streams, enabling water reuse.

The BlueCycle MBR seamlessly integrates with the BlueCycle Reactor to provide treatment and reuse at a fraction of the energy demand of other systems. A suite of unit sizes allows for precise mapping to facility needs at the lowest lifecycle cost. The BlueCycle MBR is also an ideal standalone solution for facilities with lower concentrations of organics.

The all-aerobic BlueCycle MBR Mini™ is a containerized treatment and water-reuse system using the same state-of-the art technology as our BlueCycle MBR™ in a small, standalone footprint.

Capable of removing over 99 percent of biological oxygen demand (BOD) and total suspended solids (TSS) and accommodating lower daily flows, the BlueCycle MBR Mini™ is perfect for smaller, growing facilities with wastewater flows between 2,000 and 15,000 gallons per day.
